Return & Refund Policy

• Orders can be free canceled within 24 hours after payment. If it exceeds 24 hours, an operation fee(20% of the products value) will be charged.
• When the goods are sent to shipping company or arrive at the shipping company, orders can be canceled,while the shipping cost is not refundable and an operation fee (50% of the products value ) will be charged. For orders in transit, we can not cancel the order.
• Customized products do not support order cancellation or return.

After receiving your order cancellation request, the customer service staff will reply to the email and confirm with you again. After get your confirmation,your order will be canceled and refunded within 2 working days.

1.The following reasons are COVERED by our Return/Exchange Policy

(1). Return/exchange the product with quality problem
Quality problems include inconsistent color, defective or items significantly different from our store description.Customer should contact us within 24 hours of delivery of items and email us photos to support claims for replacement or return. If we confirm that is our responsibility, We will provide a refund or replacement. 

We will pay for the return or exchange shipping fee and tax.

(2) Return/exchange of wrong size/wrong color / wrong product 
a.All costumes are produced in strict accordance with the size specifications on our website, double check will be made before shipment. All costumes are manually measured,1-3cm measurement error is acceptable, which is not a size problem
b. If we delivery customer the costume with wrong size, we accept return/exchange.Customer should contact us within 24 hours of delivery of items and email us photos to support claims for a replacement or return.If we confirm that is our responsibility, We will provide a refund or replacement.

We will pay for the return or exchange shipping fee and tax.

(3) Missing Items
A.Missing items of your several order items or missing accessories.
We will check carefully before shipment to avoid such problem, but if this happens, customer should contact us within 24 hours of delivery of items. If we confirm that is our responsibility, we will delivery the missing items to you within 3-7 business days.
B.Didn't get your order.
If you have not received your order for a long time, please contact [email protected] and we will contact the shipping company in time to confirm whether your parcel is in transit or lost. If it is confirm that your parcel is lost, you can apply for a refund.

2.The following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy.

A.Sales items, gift card, customized order

B.Products were made in the wrong size due to customers providing the wrong sizes

C.Worn, used, stained, trimmed wigs, altered items cannot be returned or exchanged

D.Products were destroyed or returned due to failure to sign for receipt in time

E.Outside of 30 days of receipt

3.Refunds (if applicable)

A.All returned products (If applicable) should be intact, not used, no odor, and in the proper packaging.We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product has broken packaging or the product has been used.

B.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days

4.Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
